My path to becoming a therapist is rooted in growing up in a household where feelings and emotions were taught to be masked. The discomfort of always having to appear happy led me to seek a career where I could help others normalize emotions like sadness, worry, anger, and disappointment.

Growing up with undiagnosed anxiety and ADHD, I became an expert at masking, overcompensating, and contorting myself to fit in. Despite my efforts, I still felt invisible and misunderstood. That experience fuels my passion for creating spaces where people can show up as their full selves without fear or shame.

When I was introduced to the field of social work, I knew this path would allow me to empower others in feeling comfortable stepping into their emotions.

What makes my approach to therapy and coaching unique is that I speak with and to my clients, not at them. I believe coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or life transitions begins with an authentic, collaborative relationship built on trust and open dialogue.

In our sessions, we will explore what brought you to therapy or coaching in a space that is affirming, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. My style is eclectic and personalized. I collaborate closely with clients to tailor tools that support your growth, emotional wellness, and clarity.

I proudly work with children, teens, and adults including members of the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities to create a supportive and inclusive environment at every stage of life.
